To make Pumpkin Oatmeal on Stovetop:



  1. Include the oats to a tiny pot and include the milk. Cook more than medium heat and bring to a simmer.

  2. Add in the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and maple syrup. Stir to mix.

  3. Cook for about 7-10 minutes. Just until the oats are softened and cooked.

  4. Top with additional maple syrup, nutmeg and a little volume of hefty cream for an ultimate breakfast treat.



To make Pumpkin Oatmeal in Microwave:



  1. Include the oats, and milk to a microwave secure bowl. Microwave for about two minutes or until finally oats are cooked through.

  2. Stir in the pumpkin puree, your decision of honey/maple syrup, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.



To Make Overnight Pumpkin Oats:



  1. Pour oats into a jar or plastic container that comes with a lid.

  2. Pour in almond milk, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and your decision of honey/maple syrup.

  3. Put the lid on tightly and shake to mix, or stir together.

  4. Place the container of oats into the fridge and permit to chill overnight or for at least 8 hrs.

  5. When chilled, the oats will be softened and have absorbed most of the liquid, add any added liquid as essential (further almond milk).
