- Sprinkle trout with salt and pepper.
- Dust the fish fillets in the flour.
- Heat the olive oil and butter on medium large heat.
- Add fish fillets and cook right up until light brown on each sides.
- Eliminate from pan and cover to keep warm.
- Return pan to heat and include one T butter.
- Include the almonds and saute, then include the fresh lemon juice.
- Heat it by means of, then spoon above the fish fillets.
- Serve with extra lemon wedges.

Cost savings!
We stopped there for lunch & had the fish & chips. It was extremely good with huge portions.
