Instructions



  1. Sprinkle trout with salt and pepper.

  2. Dust the fish fillets in the flour.

  3. Heat the olive oil and butter on medium large heat.

  4. Add fish fillets and cook right up until light brown on each sides.

  5. Eliminate from pan and cover to keep warm.

  6. Return pan to heat and include one T butter.

  7. Include the almonds and saute, then include the fresh lemon juice.

  8. Heat it by means of, then spoon above the fish fillets.

  9. Serve with extra lemon wedges.
